Q: I already have a design, how can I send it to you?
A: You can email us with specification you want. We accept all types of file formats including ai, eps, jpg, pdf, doc, docx, bmp, and others.
Q. What is your minimum order?
A: 100pcs each would be better.
Q. What is your normal turnaround time?
A: Normally, it takes 5 days for sample and then 12 days for mass production.But more order quantity /or a unique product may require more production time. Feel free to send the design to us for an estimate. Rush service is available upon request.
Q. Will I be able to see a sample of my patch before they are manufactured?
A: Yes, we offer artwork and then sample picture for approve before production for every firm order. Revising/Handling fees will apply if changes are requested afterwards.
